Returns & Exchanges

At BLOCH Dance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for products in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, tights and undergarments cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
